Irgilik Logistic Center is a project in the warehouse market of Kazakhstan with the ability to handle cargoes up to 150 thousand tons per year. Located near the railway station Almaty-1.  ​ Its area is 3.6 hectares. On this territory, 2 warehouse blocks of class "A" of 5 thousand square meters each will be built. The implementation of the project will take 2 years and will consist of several stages of construction. The commissioning of the first warehouse is planned for 2023, the second unit will be built by the end of 2024. Their total area will be 10 thousand square meters. A container yard has already been built on the territory.
