Euro Truck Service is a project in the warehouse market of Kazakhstan with the ability to handle cargo up to 50 thousand tons per year. It is located in the Industrial zone of the city at the crossroads of transnational routes. A convenient location allows you to process, receive and ship goods both to the markets of the southern metropolis and to other regions of the republic.

  Its area is 6 hectares. Three B+ class warehouse blocks of 2,000 square meters each will be built on this territory. The implementation of the project will take 2 years and will consist of several stages of construction. The commissioning of the first warehouse is planned for December 2021, the remaining 2 units will be built by the end of 2022. Their total area will be 6 thousand square meters.

 Euro Truck Service operates in the "Build to Suit" format, which provides for adjustments in accordance with the needs of customers within the framework of existing off-take agreements. The project parameters comply with all international requirements for energy efficiency, technical characteristics and safety, which are assigned to B+ class warehouses.
