The logistics park of the city of Tashkent is a large-scale project in the warehouse market of Uzbekistan with the ability to handle cargo up to 1,000,000 tons per year.

     On the territory of the Logopark, 10 warehouse blocks of class “A +” will be built, the area of ​​which will vary depending on the needs of the client from 3,000 to 10,000 square meters. m. each and 50,000 sq.m. m. other related infrastructure. The implementation of the project will take 3-5 years and will consist of several stages of construction. The commissioning of the first warehouse may take place as early as 2023, the remaining storage blocks and infrastructure buildings will be built and put into operation before 2027.

 The total area of ​​storage facilities and related infrastructure will be more than 100,000 square meters. The total investment is about 60 million US dollars. The infrastructure of the facility will include a railway siding, roads, customs warehouses, transshipment and container terminals.

  The logopark will operate in the "Build to Suit" format, which involves building in accordance with the needs of customers, under existing international "offtake" contracts. The project parameters comply with all international energy efficiency, technical equipment and safety requirements for A+ class warehouses.
