The Almaty Logistics Park is a large-scale project in the warehouse market of Kazakhstan with the ability to handle goods up to 500 thousand tons per year. The Logopark is located in the Industrial Zone of the city at the intersection of transnational routes. Convenient location allows you to process, receive and ship goods both to the markets of the southern metropolis and to other regions of the republic.

Its area is 9.6 hectares. On this territory, 8 Class A warehouse blocks of 5,000 square meters each will be built. The project will take 5 years to complete and will consist of several construction stages. The commissioning of the first warehouse is planned for January 2021, the remaining 7 blocks will be built by 2025. Their total area will be 40 thousand square meters.

The infrastructure of the facility includes a railway dead end and highways. Another advantage of the logopark is that a railway station with a container yard is located 500 meters away from it.

The Logopark operates in the "Build to Suit" format, which implies development in accordance with the needs of clients, under existing "offtake" contracts. The parameters of the project comply with all international requirements for energy efficiency, technical equipment and safety for class A warehouses.
