
Warehouse complex class "A +" (Tashkent)
The warehouse complex near Surum village is a large-scale project in the warehouse market of Uzbekistan with the ability to handle cargoes up to 100,000 tons per year.
The warehouse complex will consist of two class A+ blocks interconnected, the area of which will be 8,600 sq. m. and other related infrastructure. The project will take 1 year to complete. The commissioning of the warehouse complex may take place as early as mid-2022.
The total area of storage facilities and related infrastructure will be more than 10,000 square meters. The total investment is about 5 million US dollars. The infrastructure of the facility will include a railway dead end, highways, engineering and technical premises, and offices. The warehouse complex will be built in the "Build to Suit" format, which involves development in accordance with the needs of the client, under an already existing "offtake" contract.The project parameters comply with all international energy efficiency, technical equipment and safety requirements for A+ class warehouses. With the level of income, current and initial investment costs included in the calculations - 5 million US dollars, the project must be recognized as financially viable.
