Development of the project concept

We analyze the functional / infrastructural capabilities of objects and identify their "weak" points. Based on the information received, we draw up a technical task that will increase the efficiency of the project in terms of payback period, capacity, rational use of space.

Design

Based on the terms of reference, which is received from the client or written by us, we draw up design estimates in accordance with building codes and regulations, as well as taking into account state standards. We accompany the commissioning of the facility.

Construction management

We accompany the construction of facilities: we participate in the development of design and estimate documentation together with the designers, draw up a financial model, attract investments (direct, credit), hold tenders, control the quality of work of contractors and subcontractors.

Building

We carry out construction and installation work in accordance with the terms of reference and project. We receive technical conditions for the functioning of the facility. We attract / control the quality of work of contractors and subcontractors. We are putting the facility into operation.

Facility modernization

We increase the efficiency of existing facilities according to such criteria as rational use of space, profitability, process automation (WMS), safety, energy efficiency and service. In addition, we make a feasibility study.

Management and Consulting

We manage the operational activities of the facility: we find clients, hire personnel, buy / rent special machinery and equipment, install and configure the WMS system, calculate and minimize risks. We advise management companies and improve their performance.

Continental capital is a company founded in 2019 in Almaty, which is engaged in long-term investments, support for the construction and management of warehouse complexes, audits activities in existing warehouses and evaluates premises planned for use as a warehouse.

The main focus of the company's work is supporting clients in the core area in the Central Asian market. Today, the company's portfolio includes eight logistics projects in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Tashkent, where the latest construction and warehouse management technologies are applied.
